Overall a positive experience. They helped relocate the water meters and isolation taps at a reasonable price. Communication was generally good (Jake in-particular), their staff (Jack & Adam) were friendly, punctual and they did come back promptly for a quick follow-up check when I raised a concern. We had an emergency situation with water leaking in the roof cavity causing an impending collapse of the bathroom ceiling and light fittings. Rectify Plumbing came within an hour and a half of calling them, assessed and videoed the situation, repaired the leaking air con condenser pipe and removed the standing water thus reducing the weight on the ceiling. With the video evidence we went back to the air con installers who did further remediation and will be fixing the ceiling and light fitting under warranty.
